  • Shipping charges

    UK - Free delivery. All European Countries and rest of the world cost - £15.00 (Depend on the size of your order)

  • Shipping time frame

    UK - 2-4 Business days with Standard shipping. All European Countries and rest of the world- 2-11 Business days with Express international

  • Order processing time

    Please note order processing time estimated from the time of your order placed. Shipping time estimated from the time of the order shipped. Our aim to process all orders within 24 hours of ordering. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a email confirmation with your order details. You also will be able to track your order online.   

  • Modification

    Once your payment is completed we prepare your order for delivery. If any modification is needed before we dispatch your package, please contact us on info@tikorilondon.com. The customer will be responsible for all extra fees caused by address alternation, if the contact is made after the item has been dispatched

  • Shipping restrictions

    We may face shipping restrictions to certain countries. State legislation may prevent some products being shipped to certain countries and locations, we may not be shipped to PO Boxes. If any restrictions exist when placing the order, customer will be advised. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. International buyers will be responsible for these charges.
