RETURN & REFUND

At TIKORI LONDON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help. wewant you to love every piece you discover with us. We understand that sometimes a choice might not be quite right, which is why we’ve made our returns process as seamless as your shopping experience. Whether you’ve purchased for yourself or received a gift, we are here to ensure your satisfaction. Please find our full guidelines below for returning items and processing refunds back to your original payment method or digital gift card. 

General Returns

We have a 28 days return policy. Which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, with any gifts you may received, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We’ve made returning your items simple!

  • Contact us at information@tikorilondon.com
  • We will send you the return label 
  • Pack the item you are returning
  • Print your label and attach to the package
  • Cover any exciting labels
  • Give the package to the courier identified on the label
  • Keep your proof of postage  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow minimum between 7 -14 days for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund.

  • Faulty Items

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, faulty or if you received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Personalised Items

    We do not accept returns on personalised items. Once the order is submitted and customised you will not be able to cancel, modify, return the order or receive a refund for the item.

  • Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  • Gift Cards Return

    Any items purchased via gift card that are accepted for return will be refunded back to the original digital card. Please refer to our Gift Cards for more information.

  • Delivery & Shipping

    UK delivery 2- 4 business days with standard free shipping
    All European countries and other parts of the world, 2-11 business days with express international cost £15.

  • Modifications

    Once your payment is completed we prepare your order for delivery. If any modification is needed before we dispatch your package, please contact us on info@tikorilondon.com. The customer will be responsible for all extra fees caused by address alternation, if the contact is made after the item has been dispatched

How the VAT is calculated

The VAT rates below apply to the standard rate for each country. These are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so you’ll see the exact total before you pay no surprises at your door.

Shipping Restrictions 

We may face shipping restrictions to certain countries. State legislation may prevent some products being shipped to certain countries and locations, we may not be shipped to PO Boxes. If any restrictions exist when placing the order, customer will be advised. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. International buyers will be responsible for these charges.
