Refund policy
At TIKORI LONDON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help. we want you to love every piece you discover with us. We understand that sometimes a choice might not be quite right, which is why we’ve made our returns process as seamless as your shopping experience. Whether you’ve purchased for yourself or received a gift, we are here to ensure your satisfaction. Please find our full guidelines below for returning items and processing refunds back to your original payment method or digital gift card.
General Returns
We have a 28 days return policy. Which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, with any gifts you may received and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Print your label and attach to the package
Cover any exciting labels
Give the package to the courier identified on the label
Keep your proof of postage
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow minimum between 7 -14 days for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund.
Personalised Items
We do not accept returns on personalised items. Once the order is submitted and customised you will not be able to cancel5, modify, return the order or receive a refund for the item.
Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, faulty or if you received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Gift Card Returns
Any items purchased via gift card that are accepted for return will be refunded back to the original digital card. Please refer to our Gift Cards for more information.
